The first level is directed toward helping your body unwind and release tension associated with physical, emotional, or chemical stresses that have accumulated to produce symptoms and a diminished state of wellbeing.
As tension is released during care you may notice deeper breaths following each touch, a waving movement develops as you breathe linking the synchronous movement of each of the spinal vertebrae with your breath, like keys on a piano. This produces a recognition of dysfunctional defensive postures and stress patterns, and initiates an improvement in the utilization of breath in the body to release them.
You may then notice small spontaneous movements as your body begins to recognize areas holding tension, or feel the urge to move or stretch to further assist your body in releasing tension. As a result, you release stored physical or emotional stress and may temporarily re visit old physical or emotional states, as part of the 'detox' process.
The body becomes more flexible during level 1, muscle tension diminishes, aches and pains and other symptoms often begin to ease, people find they breathe much more fully, and feel considerably less stressed.
BY THE END OF LEVEL 1 YOU MAY HAVE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE OF YOUR BODY.
A program with ideally 3 visits per week for approximately 2 months, depending on individual requirements.
