​Acupuncture is an ancient healing art, developed and refined by the Chinese over thousands of years. Dry Needling is a modern form of needling that evolved from Acupuncture that is primarily used to treat musculoskeletal conditions, It has now become an evidence based practice validated by scientific research used for the treatment of a wide range of ailments.

High quality single use sterile packed and disposable needles and alcohol disinfecting swabs are used in our practice to provide you with a more effective and safer session. 

Some of the conditions that may respond particularly well to our Needling include:

• ​​Chronic muscle aches and pains, or knots (Trigger Points)
• Shoulder problems, such as frozen shoulder and rotator cuff injuries
• Inflammation of the elbow joint, including tennis or golfers elbow
• Wrist and hand numbness from carpal tunnel syndrome, or repetitive strain injury (RSI)
• Ongoing lower back and leg pain (sciatica), due to a bulging disc  
• Hip stiffness, and painful conditions such as bursitis, arthritis, or pain following hip joint replacement 
• Knee pain, resulting from arthritis and ligament or meniscus tears 
• Ankle and foot problems, such as chronic sprains, or heel pain.

Initial consultation and treatment $85.00 
​Subsequent regular consultation and treatment $75.00  

Our sessions often include some Massage or Chiropractic work and represent excellent value. Our consultations qualify for Health Fund Rebates, WorkCover, DVA and Medicare EPC rebates (see your GP).
